Diving in the Upper Keys

The Upper Keys is an area abundant with world-class diving. The most known dive site in the Upper Keys is Key Largo. This region has beautiful, clear, shallow reefs as well as impressive, deep wrecks. Adventurer divers can’t miss the famous wreck diving that can be done in this place, including explorations to the famous USS Spiegel Grove, the Duane, and the Bibb. It’s recommended you have Wreck and Deep Diving certifications. The Molasses Reef, French Reef, and the statue, Christ of the Abyss, are relaxing, easy dive sites, perfect for beginners. We recommend you have the Waves, Tides, and Currents certification, as enriched Air is commonly used and currents can be strong.
