Diving the Lighthouse Reef

Lighthouse Reef Atoll is filled with spectacular dive sites. The largest blue hole, is the world-famous Great Blue Hole of Belize, and can be found in the center of Lighthouse Reef Atoll. In this captivating dive site, you will see stalactite formations and sharks galore. The best way to arrive at this place is by liveaboard as it is the furthest of the 3 atolls. Lighthouse reefs offer many incredible wreck dives, with the largest of the vessels being around 1000 yards (91.4 meters). Diving enthusiasts can’t miss a visit to the historical national park and protected area of Half Moon Caye, which has crystal clear waters and is home to the red-footed booby bird.
